Holiday Let Energy Performance Certificates - EPCs

EPC’s for Holiday Let’s will be required by the 30th June 2011, new Government guidance has confirmed

An EPC will be required for a property rented out as a holiday let where the building is occupied as a result of a short term letting arrangement and is rented out for a combined total of 4 months or more in any 12 month period.

This means that owners of Holiday Lets need to be taking action now to have all of their EPC’s in place prior to the deadline date of June 30th.
