We would like to work with builders and architects at the earliest opportunity to provide SAP calculations on a proposed building project. This way our SAP assessor can advise you accordingly and make recommendations which will provide higher energy efficiency within the building and be more likely to get a pass from the Building Control Inspector.
What we need
We need full proposed building specifications and detailed floorplans showing all elevations. We require these in either a hard copy or electronic format. The SAP Assessor can produce the SAP calculations, a PEA (Predictive Energy Assessment) is required if you are selling properties from plots and a final EPC is required by the building control inspector before they can sign the building off as complete.
Extensions and Conversions
If you are extending, converting or renovating an existing building you may have to demonstrate Part L Compliance.
